"This job training is an effort to provide skills for work or entrepreneurship. So, the unemployment rate can continue to be suppressed, Budi said, Friday (9/20).

Budi explained that the implementation of this training is also a follow-up to the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia No 11/2013 and No 8/2014 about Guidelines for the Implementation of Competency-Based Training. "The training budget is taken from city budget 2024," he added.

According to him, in the training that took place from July 15 to September 19, 2024, 160 participants were divided into eight types of training, such as barista, computer operator, fashion design, English, culinary arts, graphic design, computer engineering, and multimedia.

One of the barista training alumnus, Achmad Rizky Ramadhan (19), admitted glad to participate and pass the training.

Now he is working at a coffee shop in Lenteng Agung, South Jakarta.

"Thanks for the free training provided to us. We also get certificate for it," he admitted.
